History of Hotel Anabel
Discover the history behind Hotel Anabel, a family legacy that began in 1953 and which, generation after generation, has kept the passion for hospitality alive. From its beginnings, to becoming a reference in Lloret de Mar, our hotel is the result of years of dedication and commitment to our guests.
Here the story begins...

The history of Hotel Anabel begins in 1953, when Félix Torras and his daughter Anna Torras decided to embark on a new adventure in the world of hospitality with the opening of Hostal Rosanna.
This charming accommodation, located in front of the beach of Lloret de Mar, occupied the house of the founder of Banca Gelats de Cuba, an emblematic building built upon his return to his homeland.

Hostal Rosanna became the first hotel establishment of the Gallart-Torras family and welcomed guests until 1969.
That same year, with the vision of expanding their project and responding to the tourist boom of the time, Joan Gallart, a master builder, and Anna Torras, a hotelier by vocation, made the brave decision to build Hotel Anabel on the grounds of the Sénia de Can Torras.

Since then, the hotel has evolved without losing its family essence.
Today, thanks to the passion and determination of previous generations, the third generation of the family proudly continues the legacy, managing both Hotel Anabel and Apartaments Rosanna.
A journey of more than 70 years dedicated to offering unforgettable experiences to our guests.
